Datapod have been awarded the supply contract for modular data centers by a major resources company with operations throughout Australia as well as Latin America and North America. With safety a key factor in the resource sector it was also important to be able to demonstrate a top-down commitment to a safe working environment. The Australian Government is pressing ahead with metadata retention laws similar to those introduced by the United Kingdom last year and Datapod is poised to be a key solution.
